Imam Sajjad (a.s.) while bidding farewell to the Blessed month of Ramazan:
“…We bid farewell to it with the farewell of one whose parting is painful for us, whose leaving fills us with grief and loneliness, to whom we held on to like a safety rope, an upheld honour and a discharged right. And we say:
Salutations be upon you, O the greatest month of Allah! O festival of His friends!”
