Imam Ja’far Sadiq (peace be upon him) said:
“Whoever visits the grave of (Imam) Husain (peace be upon him) on any of the three nights, Allah shall forgive all his past and future sins.”
The narrator says that I asked, “May I be your ransom! Which nights?”
Imam (peace be on him) replied: “The night of (Eid) al-Fitr or the night of (Eid) al-Ad’ha or the eve of 15th Shabaan.”
Note: Those who are unable to visit Imam Husain (a.s.) physically, can recite Ziyarat from wherever they are and acquire the same reward, Insha Allah.
