عَنِ الصَّادِقِ عَنْ آبَائِهِؑ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ وَصَلَ اَحَداً مِنْ اَهْلِ بَيْتِي فِي دَارِ الدُّنْيَا بِقِيرَاطٍ كَافَيْتُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ بِقِنْطَارٍ
Imam al-Sadeq (peace be upon him) reports vide his ancestors (peace be upon him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) said,
“Whoever helps anyone (of the Imams) from my Ahle Bait (peace be upon them) in this world with a carat, I will compensate him on the Day of Judgment with a kantar.”
Notes:
1) The tradition emphasizes helping the Ahle Bait (peace be upon them) in this world.
2) The comparison is only to show the magnitude of the compensation of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) for the one who serves his Ahle Bait (peace be upon them) in this world. Otherwise, none can imagine the magnitude of this compensation.
