عَنْ جَابِرٍ الْجُعْفِيِّ عَنْ اَبِيْ جَعْفَرٍؑ فِيْ قَوْلِهٖ تَعَالٰى وَ اِنِّيْ لَغَفَّارٌ لِمَنْ تابَ وَ آمَنَ وَ عَمِلَ صالِحًا ثُمَّ اهْتَدٰى قَالَ اِلٰى وَلَايَتِنَا
Jaabir al-Jo’fi (r.a.) reports from Imam Muhammad Baqir (peace be upon him) concerning the verse, ‘And most surely I am most Forgiving to him who repents and believes and does good, then continues to follow the right direction’ (Surah Taha (20): Verse 82). He (peace be upon him) informed,
‘(then continues to follow the right direction) towards our mastership’.”
