The sacrifice and martyrdom of Imam Husain (a.s.) is so immense that wherever humanity exists, people shed tears over his tragedy. But on the other hand, are also those who cannot bear people mourning for Imam Husain (a.s.). They are always on the look-out for attempts to reduce this mourning so that people are kept away from basic human values and instead, adopt brutality and extremism. One such trivial and failed attempt to stop this mourning is that we are told not to cry aloud. As if they are telling us that do not weep loudly so that the remembrance of Imam Husain (a.s.) does not reach others. We do not care about what our opponents accuse us of. For them, it is enough to say that according to the Holy Quran, mourning over Imam Husain (a.s.) is recompense for the efforts of Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.). Through it, we offer our condolences to Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.) for the martyrdom of his grandson and express our solidarity and loyalty to him. For the Shias, we must know that crying aloud over the martyrdom of Imam Husain (a.s.) is a cause of descent of Divine Mercy. Imam Jafar Sadiq (a.s.) supplicated in a state of prostration for those who raise their voice for Ahle Bait (a.s.). The narrator says that I saw Imam Sadiq (a.s.) recite in a state of prostration:
(O Allah) Have mercy on those eyes which shed tears in our affection
Have mercy on those hearts which are aggrieved and restless for us
And have mercy on those raised voices which are for us

After knowing about this supplication of an infallible Imam in a state of prostration, if anyone prevents from weeping loudly, then it means that person is keeping others away from Divine Mercy.
O Allah! Grant us the fortune of weeping loudly for the chief of martyrs, His Eminence Abaa Abdillah al-Husain (a.s.), this year and every year. Aameen Ya Rabb al-Aalameen!
