(continued) Abbas ibn Abdul Muttalib narrates that he saw Sayyedah Fatemah binte Asad ibn Hashim (peace be upon her), the respected mother of Ameerul Momineen (peace be upon him) enter the Holy Kaabah after the Lord of the Holy Kaabah had accepted her prayer to make the birth of Ameerul Momineen (peace be upon him) easy for her:
He narrated: Then after three days the House (of Allah) split again from the place where she (peace be upon him) had entered and Sayyedah Fatimah (binte Asad) (peace be upon her) came out with Imam Ali (peace be upon him) on her hands. Then she (peace be upon her) said:
O people! Surely Allah the Majestic has chosen me from among His creation and He has granted me excellence over the chosen ladies of the past before me, and surely Allah chose Aasiyah binte Muzahim (peace be upon her) then surely she (peace be upon her) worshipped Allah secretly in a place where Allah did not like that He should be worshipped there except out of compulsion, and surely He eased and facilitated for her the birth of Prophet Isa (peace be upon him), the she (peace be upon her) shook a dry date palm tree in a desert of the earth and then it rained “fresh ripe dates” (Surah Maryam 19:25) upon her (peace be upon her)
And surely Allah chose me and granted me excellence over both of them and over all of the ladies of the universe who have passed before me because I gave birth in His Ancient House and I remained there for three days and ate from the fruits of Paradise and its sustenance.
